Lament Workshop

What does it look like to bring our complaints, sorrows, grief, and anger to the Lord in prayer? The Bible gives us the language of lament, but it can be difficult to know how to pray this way.
On Monday, March 23rd, Michael Van Patter and Jim Beardsley will lead a Lament Workshop that includes teaching, discussion, and time to practice writing a prayer of lament. We’ll meet from 6:30–8:00pm and welcome anyone interested in growing in this area of their prayer life. Look for us in the Youth building behind the church.
