Serve the City

We want compassionate service to become a way of life for everyone at Hope Chapel. We want to bring about social renewal and justice in our communities by re-connecting the disenfranchised, defending the weak, helping the poor, caring for the downtrodden, and cultivating beauty in our city.

We are committed to partnering with local organizations to work for social renewal.  In 2016, we began a Saturday morning food distribution program in partnership with Out of the Garden Project. Now, on the first Saturday of each month, we meet for Serving Greensboro Together, alongside another community partner The Black Suit Initiative, as we distribute food to over fifty families and individuals.

Join us from 8:45-10:45am on the first Saturday of each month and volunteer to help sort, pack and distribute food to those who come. You can find a link to register here.

We also serve at Family Room Triad once per month on the third Tuesday evening, helping sort donations and support their ministry to foster families in the city.

If you have questions about Serving Greensboro or any of these partnerships, email us.
